EITELJORG MUSEUM OF AMERICAN INDIANS AND WESTERN ART
500 W. Washington St., Indianapolis | eiteljorg.org
One of only two museums east of the Mississippi dedicated to both Native American and Western art, the Eiteljorg holds a world-class collection spanning historic and contemporary works. Highlights include paintings and bronzes by Frederic Remington, Charles Russell, Georgia O'Keeffe, and Albert Bierstadt, alongside a celebrated collection of contemporary Native American art. The reimagined second-floor galleries present Indigenous stories — in the words of Native peoples themselves — organized around the themes of relation, continuation, and innovation.
Senior admission (65+): $16
INDIANA STATE MUSEUM

Three floors of exhibits journey from prehistoric life and glaciers through the Civil War era, the Jazz Age, and into the present day. An on-site IMAX theater (separate admission) adds an extra option for the afternoon.
